1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to DATAVIEW PLATFORM. By registering an account, accessing our website, or utilizing any of our SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, or AI Marketing Automation services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have full legal authority to bind such entity.

2. Platform Services & AI Engine Access

DATAVIEW PLATFORM provides next-generation AI marketing, analytics, content creation, and workflow automation services. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our platform in accordance with your active subscription tier.

• Platform uptime target: 99.9% Service Level Agreement (SLA) for Enterprise Tier accounts.
• Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

3. Subscription & Billing Terms

Services are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan. All pricing is exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Payments are processed securely via encrypted payment gateways.
• Subscription renewals occur automatically unless cancelled at least 7 days prior to billing date.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Users must not engage in prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code/AI weights of DATAVIEW PLATFORM.
• Generating malicious, deceptive, spam, or infringing automated marketing campaigns.
• Attempting unauthorized access to other tenant accounts or infrastructure.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or arbitrations arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
